There are several Doc huts located along the length of the valley. I visited this valley multiple times in different seasons and visited each of the Doc huts, Ahuriri Base Hut, Shamrock Hut, Hagens Hut and Top Hut at the head of the valley.
A beautiful and special place. This particular view of the valley is not far from the Ahuriri Base Hut.
