The beauty of the Remarkables Wye Creek area never ceases to amaze me! This painting is inspired by a summer expedition into the area. The soft ochres and umbers of the summer alpine grasses sit peacefully next to the tarn. Right now this area is completely covered in snow and the tarns frozen over! Forever changing through the seasons.
